The Certified AI Insurance Credential (CAIC) is a practitioner-grade certification that teaches independent agency owners and their teams how to evaluate, adopt, and govern AI. It was built by insurance people for insurance people. The curriculum is grounded in real agency workflows, real vendor evaluations, and real E&O exposure, not generic AI hype.

The program is 9 self-paced video modules covering the AI fundamentals that matter to an agency: the insurance AI vendor landscape and how to cut through it, workflow automation, data readiness, agentic workflows, real-world case studies and demo patterns, and a dedicated module on AI safety, security, and E&O. Students finish with a working framework for deciding which AI tools deserve their money and how to roll them out without creating new liability.
