We only allow independent insurance agency owners to attend the event. As long as the attendee has at least 1% of agency ownership, they are welcome to join us.
We’re delighted that you’re considering joining us! Our events are different than any other event. No one is on stage selling you anything. Agency owner peers will be selflessly sharing ideas that they are doing in their agencies. You should expect to walk away with deeper relationships, great resources and ideas, and knowledge to improve your agency starting the following Monday. Our events are designed with a heavy emphasis on: knowledge, relationships, and production experience.
REFUND POLICY: No 100% refunds. 50% refund from date of purchase through 12-31-20. After 12-31-20, no refunds are allowed.

Yes. The formal INNOVATION21 scholarship program will go from June 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020. This program assists IAOA members to attend our annual INNOVATION conference due to financial restrictions. To donate to the program, choose “donation” here.
Yes! The event sessions are for agency owners only. However, the resort has many wonderful amenities that the whole family can and should enjoy. We encourage attendees to bring their families to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the resort and local area. Event tickets are only required for session attendees.
